Can't find my config file on windows

I've looked in appdata and user/gallery-dl and I can't find my config file (on windows)

Any suggestions on where or how to find it?

There is no configuration file unless you create one.

$ gallery-dl --help
...
  --config-create             Create a basic configuration file
  --config-status             Show configuration file status
  --config-open               Open configuration file in external application
