Gift wrap will be applied only once unchained of the product amount

would be great to have this option for just one gift wrap no matter how many products of the same kind you put in your cart. I saw that request a lot of times for other gift wrap plugins, but noone has a solution so far.

i.e. the product costs 5€ and the gift wrap costs 10€ when I put 10 of these products in the basket the total would be 60€ because the gift option will just be added once not 10 times.
