Fenics v2018 requires python3. I need to use python 2.7, so I use Fenics v2016. Do you have the older version of Oasis, which is compatible with Fenics v2016?
It is great that there is the LES model for turbulent flow included in Oasis, but I wonder is k-e model also included?

Have a look at the older releases: https://github.com/mikaem/Oasis/releases
No RANS-models are included.
