Describe your suggested feature

Suppose in an entry of an aggregator source
there are chapter names as
"Chapter 1" - ScanlatorGroup A
"Chapter 1" - ScanlatorGroup B
"Chapter 1" - ScanlatorGroup C
"Chapter 2" - ScanlatorGroup A
"Chapter 2" - ScanlatorGroup B
"Chapter 3" - ScanlatorGroup B
"Chapter 3" - ScanlatorGroup C

and we read Chapter 1 of ScanlatorGroup B then I want Chapter 1 of other groups, here ScanlatorGroup B and ScanlatorGroup C to be Automatically Mark as Read.

this should work only when chapter name is exactly same

Other details

Wasn't this just made and merged in #1785?

Ah yea, I see now this marks everything as read as you read, instead of when new stuff gets added that has been read
