[Feature request] Drag and drop when rearranging library categories

Describe your suggested feature

Adding ability to drag and drop when rearranging categories would make it faster if user needs to move a category from the end of the list to the beginning.

Currently, user needs to use the up/down arrows to change the order in the categories list, which is slow when there are a lot of entries.
