Steps to reproduce

When a person deletes the work information file that is in the local source area, the data remains visible even after reloading the page.

Expected behavior

When the file is deleted and the item is reloaded, the data should disappear, as it did before. However, this is not happening. Even if I delete the folder and create another one with the same name, the data is still associated with the item.
