Brief description of your issue

Package RawTherapee.RawTherapee is affected by an issue that affects other packages: it cannot be upgraded.

The usual workaround is to uninstall the current version using winget uninstall, and then install the latest version using winget install.

But in that particular case, the workaround is not applicable:

Steps to reproduce

On a system with RawTherapee.RawTherapee version 5.10 install, attempt to winget upgrade rawtherapee or winget uninstall rawtherapee.

Both fail with No installed package found matching input criteria.

Here are the winget logs:
WinGet-2024-09-29-10-12-XX.zip

Expected behavior

Upgrading the package, or at least uninstalling it, should be possible.

Actual behavior

It's not possible to upgrade or uninstall the package.
