Idea: A WinGet source of isolated Win32 programs

We already have microsoft/winget-cli and microsoft/winget-pkgs. It would be awesome if we could have a WinGet source of isolated Win32 programs, so users can install program isolated with one line of command.

To acheive this, we need:

• A command line version of this tool which accepts a WinGet manifest, installs the program, and produces an isolated MSIX package.
• A CI pipeline to automatically pack microsoft/winget-pkgs into MSIXs and upload them to a repository, which exposes a WinGet source.
