"retry" on async terminal steering message causes it to rerender incorrectly

• Have a chat session where one of these async terminal messages is produced
• But that request fails due to a network error
• Click the 'retry' button- I can't remember whether I clicked 'retry' in the toolbar or if it was the blue "try again" button, probably the first one
• It's rendered as a normal chat request

Probably, in that path where we resend the request from vscode, we need to carry over the property that says the request is this special kind of request
