No idea. The lead agent attempted to use a subagent to make some file corrections and I ran into this. One thing that is interesting is my lead is smart enough to know when a model has had an issue, and attempt with a different model to prevent downtime which is pretty common with insiders, and it tried Gemini 3 Pro and got the exact same error (stating claude in the error). It then tried a different model which worked fine.
