Sessions: Unable to edit commit message

• Work with agent to make a change on a worktree
• Use Merge Changes & Sync button from Artifacts panel
• I want to edit the commit message. First screenshot is what Copilot suggested, second screenshot is what I edited it to

• ❓ Copilot still used its original suggestion when I check my actual repo

@lostintangent pointed out that this is potentially a broader issue with editing a shell command before allowing it, so looping in @meganrogge and @justschen. What I just tried in regular Insiders:

• Ask chat help me run a ps command to ls first 5 in my current directory
• Chat suggests a command for 5 items: Get-ChildItem | Select-Object -First 5
• I edit it myself to be 3 instead of 5
• I then allow the command to run
• ❓ Copilot still runs Get-ChildItem | Select-Object -First 5, but also acknowledges in chat output that I modified it to 3, so it seems to filter to sharing just 3 with me after the command finished
