How to disable subProcess when debugging pytest code?

Right click the gutter icon, and select Debug Test.
You have to wait 5 seconds before hitting the breakpoint, even though the child process just executed pwd and exited immediately.
And the data returned is b'5.95s - pydevd: Sending message related to process being replaced timed-out after 5 seconds\r\n'.

So when debugging pytest code, subProcess is enabled by default.
Is there anyway to disable it?

In launch.json, create a configuration with purpose set to debug-test, and subProcess set to false. You don’t need to set module, program, etc.
