Spammed with "Fetching pull requests failed: Bad credentials" when open Pull Requests viewlet

This looks like it may be #3371 coming back again

1. Be on a Github Enterprise Server
2. in json user settings add the following:

3. Get Spammed with "Fetching pull requests failed: Bad credentials" when open Pull Requests viewlet
4. attempting to login goes through the login flow, succeeds, then fails after pings for new versions

I found that downgrading the version fixed this for me, so it's a new problem
