The command "Comments: Toggle Editor Commenting"

The solution is quite simple, but it's not straightforward to figure it out. The command's name is not related to the plugin and I haven't seen it referenced anywhere.

Request: It would make a lot of sense in my opinion if there was a button in the extension's sidebar (or in the context menus when right-clicking on a comment/editor) or something that would allow to toggle comments on/off
