Issuer certificate

I installed the PQ SDK in VS Code at work. Install seemed fine, but when I create a new project, I get this message: "Failed to update PowerQuery.SdkTools package due to unable to get local issuer certificate ".

So looks like the tools package is not installed/updated. Could the certificate issue be due to the VS Code version? Maybe work fire wall issue?

VSCode version: 1.86.2
