System.out.println not working in Microsoft Java Debugger

Really annoying, this.
Lots of java code with System.out.println(...) lines.
I was able to see one line work in the starter Main code, but nowhere else.
They used to work a few years ago, now do not. ...just do not print anywhere!
Unable to find something in the Microsoft Debugger for Java to turn this on.

Do I need a special import line in each source file to enable this?
