[soxr] Build error on x64-windows

I'm completely new to this, just trying to build Snapcast using "vcpkg.exe install libflac libvorbis soxr opus boost-asio --triplet x64-windows". Soxr is the only one that fails.

I don't understand why this was closed as "not planned". Shouldn't soxr be supported by vcpkg? https://vcpkg.io/en/package/soxr.html

Choose a working dir without space or other special characters. soxr might be fixable, but for other ports it may be difficult.
