1. Add script to upload the http-python-client library, peer dependencies, and the static Pygen wheel file to Azure Storage Blob, so that it's accessible in the Playground
2. Update the Python emitter with a browser-compatible Pyodide codepath to generate Python files accessible from the Playground. Add sample for Python
