Azure MI Auth test case (#115)

Added a test case to the `test_llm_service.py` suite to test
authenticating to AOAI with managed identity auth.

There's a bug in litellm hence it doesn't work right now but they have
merged the fix to a dev branch. I anticipate they'll merge it to main
very soon.
