[TSDoc> Playground]: Tab items are not adopting as per high contrast 'Aquatic/Desert' mode. #248

Test Environment:
Version: Version 24H2 (OS Build 26231.5000)
Browser Version: 127.0.2638.2 (Official build) dev (64-bit)
URL: https://tsdoc.org/play/

Pre-Requisite:
Turn on the Aquatic theme. (Navigation Path: System Settings> Accessibility > Contrast theme>Aquatic theme)

Repro Steps:

  1. Open the above URL on the EDGE Dev browser.
  2. Press the tab key and navigate to the 'PlayGround' option and press enter key to activate it.
  3. Press the tab key and navigate to the tab items present at right hand side and observe the issue.

Actual Results:
In high contrast theme, 'HTML, DOM, Lines, AST, and Emitter' tab item does not adopt as per the theme also, in high contrast theme tab items are looks like a link.

Expected Result:
'HTML, DOM, Lines, AST, and Emitter' tab item should adopt the proper high contrast theme also it should not looks like a link.

User Impact:
It will impact the low vision user as they will get confused if the tab items look like a link.
