Test Environment:
Version: Version 24H2 (OS Build 26231.5000)
Browser Version: 127.0.2638.2 (Official build) dev (64-bit)

Pre-Requisite:
Turn on the Aquatic theme. (Navigation Path: System Settings> Accessibility > Contrast theme>Aquatic theme)

Repro Steps:

1. Open the above URL on the EDGE Dev browser.
2. Press the tab key and navigate to the 'PlayGround' option and press enter key to activate it.
3. Press the tab key and navigate to the 'A basic example' and 'Light Theme' combo box and press enter key to expand it.
4. Observe the issue.

Actual Results:
In high contrast theme, Options under 'A basic example' and 'Light Theme' do not adopt the high contrast theme.

Expected Result:
Options under 'A basic example' and 'Light Theme' combo box should adopt the high contrast theme.

User Impact:
When content or components disappear in aquatic mode, customers who rely on that feature are blocked from information and functionality of the full user experience within the site/app.
