WinRT exception Windows 10 Pro Version:21H1 OS Build: 19043.928

Hi,
I am running into wrong_thread exception with react-native-windows app (blank default app) for windows 10 pro Version:21H1 OS Build: 19043.928 or on Windows 11. Do i need to wait for WinUI 3.0 support for these OS versions?

I am using Windows React Native version ^0.66

hey @kbmalli, is this running a blank app from run-windows / from Visual Studio? The wrong_thread exception is surprising.
Could you collect some more info by following these steps: Debugging crashes and reporting issues

Thank you for your response. yes. I got that exception while calling run-windows and also from Visual Studio. Let me collect more debug data as you requested. I followed the same steps on an older Windows 10 Home version:20H2 OS Build: 19042.1288 and it worked fine without any exception. Thanks.

Hi @asklar ...Thanks for the debugging steps. I figured out the issue. I was setting up react-native windows project under cygwin folder. It seems like some folder access issue is throwing that exception. I moved it to outside cygwin folder..Now, blank app comes up fine. Thanks
