The path is not of a legal form / Could not find part of path

Hello, I have a fresh install of React Native Windows and I cant even start it

If I try to run npx react-native run-windows I get the following error:

"C:\KareDesign\InventarApp\scanapp\windows\scanapp.sln" (Restore target) (1) ->

And if I try to run the solution through Visual Studio 2019, I get the following:

Error		Could not write lines to file "build\x64\Debug\Microsoft.ReactNative.Managed.CodeGen\netcoreapp3.1\win-x64\Microsoft.ReactNative.Managed.CodeGen.GeneratedMSBuildEditorConfig.editorconfig". 
Could not find a part of the path 'C:\KareDesign\InventarApp\scanapp\node_modules\react-native-windows\Microsoft.ReactNative.Managed.CodeGen\build\x64\Debug\Microsoft.ReactNative.Managed.CodeGen\netcoreapp3.1\win-x64\Microsoft.ReactNative.Managed.CodeGen.GeneratedMSBuildEditorConfig.editorconfig'.

I've checked the folder and the path exists, the file too.

    I have windows 11 even if it says 10 in the info.

We're trying to guess what might be going wrong here. Mechanically, the OutDir isn't set. Which is a pretty fundamental build property, not exactly specific to RNW. Having multiple VS installations side by side should be okay, and your versions seem pretty up to date, but that could be the cause (e.g. mismatched build settings).
