Copilot create from template

I was trying to extract copilot via pac copilot extract-template and I see that there is currently also exported kickStartTemplate-1.0.0.json and this is not anyhow documented here - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/developer/cli/reference/copilot#pac-copilot-extract-template.
I also tried then to create agent from template via pac copilot create with the yaml generated and I was not able to find way how to add default and supported languages, can you please navigate me?
