Plugin: Microsoft 365 Integration (local_o365) version 4.5.0

When users are synced from Entra to Moodle, country is wrong in Moodle.

Entra user country: Moldova (ISO3: MDA, ISO2: MD) become Macao (ISO3: MAC, ISO2: MO).
