Im currently using the OpenID plugin for 4.1.9 in moodle 4.1.14 when install the plugin i get a few errors for missing config i configure and the login works but in the view of log moodle throws a error.

with a few debugs i just found a element for logstore_standard_log table where the event \auth_oidc\event\action_failed with the other field like this

cause the issue.
