Hi Lei,
I will try and explain this the best that I can.
We have staff and student accounts (Different email addresses). One of my staff members started her moodle courses using her staff email address. I needed her to use her student account, so I updated her profile in Moodle and set the username to her student email and updated her email address to her student email. All works good.
However, now when she tries to login as her staff account, she gets an error: There was a problem logging you in. Please contact your administrator for assistance.
We use MFA and she gets past that part and shows as a successful authentication in Azure, however, Moodle does not create the account. I believe there might be something lingering with her original account when I renamed it that it won't create a new one.
I turned debugging on and I have attached the error message
I'm wondering where I have the additional record and where I have to removed it to fix this.
Thanks
