Error schema ignored?

To try Kiota out I found a public api - https://developer-portal.driver-vehicle-licensing.api.gov.uk/apis/vehicle-enquiry-service/v1.1.0-vehicle-enquiry-service.json

On a successful request you get back a vehicle model/schema but on an error you get back a error model/schema however Kiota uses the vehicle model with an extra property called AdditionalData that has the error model in it. Is this a bug?

Yes this is a known limitation of Kiota today, we're still discussing the design implications of handling errors and their described types over here don't hesitate to jump in the discussion there.
