Search Parameter for Custom Extensions

I have tried to implement a Search Parameter for QuestionnaireResponse.extension.extension for a Custom Extension I included in the resource. Is there anyway to implement this? If i wanted to pull either the Practitioner or Organization value?

This would be at QuestionnaireResponse.extension :

(Would it be possible if I did not nest it? Any assistance is greatly appreciated, thanks and have a great day)
