Logging on FHIR OSS Hosted in Azure

Hi - we are hosting the FHIR OSS in Azure on a Linux App Service Plan. Application Insights does not support out of the box logging for containers on Linux. Is there anyway I can get logging into Application Insights without moving to a Windows App Service Plan?
This is for a Test environment for general diagnostic / debugging purposes.

We also want to be able to correlate a FHIR API requests to CosmosDB queries and the number of RUs used by each FHIR request. Any pointers on how to achieve this would be appreciated.

@acambitsis - Did you select true on deploying Application insights with default template? If yes, are you able to see logs after deployment?

@EXPEkesheth thanks for the reply. We created bicep templates based on your ARM templates. The bicep templates do deploy an app insights instance and hook the fhir oss app server to it. As far as we could tell that is all the ARM templates were doing with the Deploy Application insight flag, unless there is something we are missing?

From what I can see, this is still working correctly with Linux App Service Plan in the default template. The AppInsights instance is deployed and the Application has the instrumentation key set. The query is logged into "trace" telemetry, the RUs are logged into the custom dimension 'RequestCharge'. Sounds like its worth double checking bicep template is setting the instrumentation key correctly?
