Is it possible to deploy just the Microsoft.Health.Fhir.Api to our own server, modify the liquid templates to fit our organization and ingest the fhir.json? |

If you are looking to only use the convert, it might be better to look at the https://github.com/microsoft/FHIR-Converter project directly. |
