Installed cpprestsdk using NuGet in VS Community 2015. Attempting to create secure websocket demo as a dll, but VS is complaining it "cannot open web_utilities.h". The file is present and other included headers are opened OK, but VS can't open this one. VS is configured with all of the C++ options. Any thoughts?
