[P2 FEATURE] Individually clear items from the downloads list

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Ran into an issue where I had cancelled a download and had another one going underneath it. I wanted to be able to click "X" and clear the cancelled download while the other download was still in process. The only way I have found was clearing the whole history

Describe the solution you'd like
Ability to be able to clear individual models in this list, especially when they are in a "cancelled" state or not actively downloading.

Describe alternatives you've considered
You could just press "clear history" but what would happen if there is one actively downloading?

FYI - the "clear history" action only removed cancelled / downloaded items. Models that are actively downloading would not be removed.
