Online descriptions of rules

By default, the error codes in the Output Window are clickable and gets you to a Bing search that currently gives no relevant hits.

It would be good if we created an online resource (.md here on github?) that would describe the different codes in more detail, why they happen and possible solutions to the issues.

I think this is desperately needed for this project. I'm getting a bunch of errors that might be helpful, but none of the analyzers have any related help information, so in many cases I have no idea why I'm getting the error and/or how to fix it.

These analyzers are a good idea but they fall far short of actually helping a developer make their code better.
