After a Windows restart, when launching an Explorer window for the first time, it would be fine to have Windows Explorer open a predefined number of tabs with often used folders in daily business, e.g. Download, Documents, Pictures, Recycle Bin etc.
As an alternative or in addition, Windows Explorer should be able to remember all open tabs when it is being closed, and reopen them when it is being restarted.
Scenario when this would be used?
Daily business. After a Windows restart and after closing / reopening Windows Explorer.
Supporting information
The behaviour is comparable to the one of the new Windows Editor which remembers all open tabs when it is being closed and reopened.
