New+ is hard to search for in GitHub

I think New+ is a great name. Very representative of the features in the application.

However, it is terrible to search for in GitHub. When you try searching for is:issue state:open new+ the search results are the same as for is:issue state:open new. Putting it in brackets makes no difference. Most of the issues are regarding novel features, not this particular extension.

Would changing the name for NewPlus or something like it be an improvement? Or is this minor enough for not warranting a change, in face of a great name?
