V2 - the doc comments should target draft 12 of JSON Schema

All doc comments target this version of JSON schema, which is deprecated and NOT the one used by OAS3.1

OAS3.1 currently contains links to this JSON schema spec, but I believe this is wrong https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-bhutton-json-schema-00

I believe the links should instead be https://json-schema.org/draft/2020-12/json-schema-validation
