Error while deploying MS Teams Bot with SSO

We are facing issue while trying to deploy a bot with SSO.

Steps to reproduce :-

1. We created a sample bot with SSO using Teams Toolkit in VS Code
2. We integrated our code which performs Text Search, Image Search and other functionalities
3. We provisioned our bot into Azure without issue
4. We deployed our bot into Azure for the first time without issue.
5. Second/ Third Time when we try to deploy our bot with enhancements using Teams Toolkit we are facing an error.
6. Later even a basic bot with SSO couldn't be deployed using Toolkit due to the same error

Note :-
We can able to deploy the bot with same set of functionalities (without SSO) multiple times without any issue
