Fix Links in Azure Friday Demo

I watched the Azure Friday Demo and it was great.

But then clicking on the links included lead to a 404 for all after the first link.

For example, this gives a 404:

You might want to fix the links.

I moved the doc into the wiki. I request to change this aka URL (and recreate that page, it's still not there)
