Run from zip?

When trying to first install the tool I encountered an error with .net 9 sdk #533 which makes me question whether app service deployment is actually the best way to go. It puts pressure on user's app service and also gives extra risks of build/deployment related errors that the user needs to deal with.

I have quite comfortable experience with using similar tools which are distributed through run from package, for example https://github.com/shibayan/keyvault-acmebot
