• MPWG adheres to the Eclipse Foundation Hosted Services Privacy and Acceptable Usage Policy
• MPWG list its MicroProfile SurveyMonkey Administrators under the MP Admin Access - Trusted Stewards spreadsheet
• SurveyMonkey MicroProfile Administrators are subscribed to and abide by the infrastructure GDPR mailing list
• SurveyMonkey Administrators will respond within 30 days to requests to delete email accounts that could have been breached via the usage of the tool as stated on the PDP4E: Leverage Eclipse Tools for GDPR Compliance
