Move this repo over to Eclipse

Once we have completed the step of publishing the pom for MicroProfile 1.0 (Issue #3 ), then we should move this repo over to the Eclipse github project to be consistent with the rest of our code deliverable repos.

I'll ask Eclipse to move the current repo then instead of creating a new repo, since all the contributors should have an agreement with Eclipse.
