Proposal : Send new user credentials via email

Hello,

Thanks for making such an awesome mailing package for nova.

I wanted to know whether it's possible to set it in such a way so that when you add a new user and create their email and password, the information ( created email & password) is sent to their site.

I al also looking forward to any kind of tutorial/direction/guidance on how to implement such :)
