Feature Proposals: Send as Job

Hello,

Thank you for making such a great community resource!

I have a need to send emails as a queued job instead of inline. Would it be acceptable to have a checkbox on a per-email basis (default state set in config) that would dispatch the email via a job when selected?

If this seems like an acceptable feature, I'll implement and submit a PR.
