[Feature]: Show tags only from current kanban

Goal or desired outcome of this feature

I have many kanban boards that are totaly independent of each other with completely different set of tags.
It would be great if i could disable the "global tag discovery" and show only tags that are already used in current kanban.

Describe the feature

I should be able to select (per kanban ideally) if it should do a global discovery of tags or only show tags from current kanban.

Can you think of any alternatives or work-arounds?
