Check the Configuration(verbose) section in the README. Not sure if it was recently updated or not, but going by that it's quite clear how you should change the line with "/Users/b9/.config/jdt-language-server/plugins/org.eclipse.equinox.launcher.*.jar", in your config file.

(globs don't get expanded by default in the jdtls setup function, so either expand it inline or paste a correct path to a jar file)
