Will have a way to make cutscenes with a dynamic amount of threads and a plain text file for each thread.
A compile button that will take each thread, assemble the cutscene into a INT, then put it in the Cutscenes folder in system.
Projects will be stored in a folder per map, with a folder per cutscene. These projects will be in a folder called "CutProjects" in the top level game folder (next to system).
