Add integration tests for Kamaji lab

Description

We tried to set up tests for the Kamaji lab, introduced in

• add kamaji flavor #280
• feat: introduce kamaji flavor cluster-api-provider-metal-stack#130.

Unfortunately, the most configuration for the Kamaji setup is inside https://github.com/metal-stack/cluster-api-provider-metal-stack repository, making it hard to run tests inside the mini-lab repo.

As there are current discussions to include the capi-lab in the mini-lab repo, we wait to introduce integration tests until this is resolved.
