Module page should say unauthorized when module is unauthorized

For this release, I didn't have the correct permission for several of the modules, causing them to be unauthorized. However, the pages for the unauthorized modules were not marked as such and were the default result for the aforementioned modules. Although there has now been a subsequent release, see, e.g., GeoIP2::Database::Reader.
