Bugfix release.

* `Bugfix #1`_: ``OdooUI.wait_for_page_load()`` waits for staleness of ``body``
  element in DOM. Was waiting for element by CSS selector
  ``.oe_application .oe_view_manager``. Fixes loading in ``OdooUI.login()``.
